Refund policy.

Try before you buy — and if you buy and it's still not for you, 14 days means 14 days.

The policy

If ShoutFlow isn't working out, email support@shoutflow.app from the address you purchased with, within 14 days of purchase, and we'll refund the full amount. No forms, no exit interview — though if you tell us what didn't work, we'll genuinely try to fix it.

How it works

  • Include your license key or the Stripe receipt email so we can find the order.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe.
  • Stripe typically shows the refund on your statement within 5–10 business days of us issuing it.
  • Refunded license keys are deactivated.

Before you buy

The free trial is the best refund policy: full app, no account, no card. Please use it to confirm ShoutFlow suits your Mac and your workflow — in particular, fully-local processing requires Apple Silicon, while Intel Macs use cloud/BYOK processing.

Edge cases

  • Outside 14 days? Email us anyway. We can't promise anything, but we're not robots.
  • BYOK provider charges (your OpenAI/OpenRouter/etc. usage) are billed by your provider under your account and can't be refunded by us.
  • Refund abuse — repeat buy-refund cycles — may result in future purchases being declined.

Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
